We ship from Bali, Indonesia. Here’s everything most people need: processing, delivery windows, tracking, customs, and how returns work. Wherever you see “placeholder,” swap in your final numbers.

Orders are packed in small batches with care. Once your package is collected by the carrier, delivery time depends on your location and local customs processing.
Tip: keep delivery estimates as ranges, not promises. International shipping can vary due to customs and carrier volume.

Tracking and delivery updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking (when provided by the carrier). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to start moving after label creation.
Address changes and order edits
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
- Recommended: include your order number.
- Placeholder: add a cutoff window, for example “within 12 hours of purchase.”
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within placeholder: 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can help quickly.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your building/security first, then reach out and we’ll guide next steps.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These fees are typically the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll help with clarity and care.
Return window and eligibility

How to start a return
Contact us with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll reply with next steps and a return address (if eligible).
Refunds
Placeholder: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Some banks take extra time to post the refund. This is normal.
Exchanges
Placeholder: Exchanges may be available for variant swaps (when inventory allows). For speed, we may recommend placing a new order while the return is in transit.
